 Mastering Excel: Embedding PDFs, PPTs, HyperLinks, and Images

In this blog, we'll explore the art of seamlessly incorporating PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, website links, and images directly into your Excel worksheets.

Inserting Images into Excel worksheet

1. Open Excel in your computer

2. Take a Blank WorkBook

3. Give the Headings to your worksheet Whatever you want

4. Adjust the cell Height and Width

6. click on INSERT Tab 

7. In Insert Tab you will find Insert Picture option

8. In Insert Picture you will have 3 options

*This Device

*Stock Images

*Online Pictures

choose any one of the option listed above from where you want to insert the image

9. Select the image and click on Insert 

10. Then click ENTER  and Save

So that your image will be inserted into your Excel worksheet


Embedding Pdfs,Power Point Presentations( PPT ) into Excel 

1. Take a Blank Worksheet

2. click on INSERT tab

3. In Insert tab you will find TEXT Group 

4. In TEXT group click on OBJECT

5. In OBJECT click on CREATE FROM FILE

6. Browse files from your computer and click Open then OK

Note:You can also change the icon of your pdf by Clicking on Display Icon and then you can select or upload the Icon .But by default it will choose the first page of our pdf or PPT


    

Inserting Hyper Links  in Excel Worksheet

1. Take a New Worksheet 

2. Right click on the Empty cell there you will find LINK option

3. Click on Link then Select the file

4. After selecting the file in the same dialog box you can edit the Text you want to display along with the website

5. Then click OK and then Enter

After that double click on tcxt or image then you will be navigated to the website which you have been inserted

Note: you can also follow the same method as you insert the pdfs but in some cases it will not work properly







So In this way you can insert embedded files into  excel which enhances the versatility of Excel, enabling users to create dynamic and interactive spreadsheets that can effectively convey information, facilitate collaboration, and present data-driven insights in a visually engaging manner.
